Working conditions
This is a Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and expected to be in-office 2 days per week on average. Majority of time in office will be at our NYC location, with time also being spent at Church & Dwight HQ....located in Ewing, NJ.
Role Summary
Assist leading projects for Hero marketing contributing to achievement of annual organic growth targets.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of the brand’s integrated marketing plan. Execute key campaigns within the integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and brand communication plan.
Work with manager to drive key strategic pillars of marketing plan (e.g. CSR/Brand Purpose).
Work with manager to support the briefing process and work with internal Hero Creative team. Be accountable for the execution of specific Hero activities (e.g. media plan, consumer and trade promotion activities, special packs, sampling, PR programs, event marketing, DTC marketing, etc.).
Own legal and regulatory review process
Develop in-depth understanding and become an expert in the market – the business environment in which our brands compete, to include product category segments, channels, etc.
Support business monitoring & updates such as competitive tracking and monthly consumption reporting.
Education & Experience
BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
2-4 years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics)
A passion for beauty/skincare.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with category analysis and forecasting.
Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques such as Nielsen or Circana data.
Strong project management skills and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $120,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
