As a QA Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining quality records, ensuring compliance with FDA/GMP requirements, and performing product reconciliations. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in meeting deadlines and driving results.
Key tasks include:
- Maintenance of Quality Records
- Organization and storage of OTC drug records in accordance with FDA/GMP Requirements
- Product reconciliation and calculation checks for component labeling reconciliations
Additional responsibilities include:
- Preparing and circulating finished goods release spreadsheets to warehouses and distribution centers
- Investigating reconciliation issues with OTC drug products
- Providing regulatory support at the Lakewood plant
- Maintaining air permit spreadsheets and batch manufacturing records
- Tracking permits and alerting quality managers to issues
- Sending alcohol permit updates to the BATF
- Tracking bug zapper and door inspections
- Maintaining SOP systems and distributing approved documents in SABA
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of administrative assistant experience
