Key Responsibilities
We anticipate future openings for Associate Brand Manager and Senior Associate Brand Manager positions across various brands. These roles will assist leading projects for Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in contributing to annual organic growth targets.
- Assist in executing the brand's integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and brand communication.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop partnerships with licensees, report on business results, and execute specific brand activities.
- Lead operations in launching new products, product upgrades, and new packaging alongside a cross-functional team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in CPG, OTC, or cosmetics.
- Excellent analytical skills, experience with category analysis and forecasting, and familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools.
- Strong project management skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
