Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of cloud services, network infrastructure, modern workplace solutions, and small web development applications
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure, workplace technologies, and web applications
- Provide direct leadership to project delivery teams and manage internal and external third-party delivery resources
- Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or equivalent experience in data communications, network and server operating environments
- Five or more years' experience in managing the deployment of IT Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, and Web development
- Three or more years of vendor management including offshore vendor management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical people
