Job Summary
The Process Engineer will act as both a strong individual contributor and cross-functional team member, providing plant engineering support for all batch processing and compounding systems, equipment, and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical and control system interactions, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
You'll identify and execute projects to improve process capabilities, create detailed plans for projects/proposals, and work closely with corporate and plant functions for new line installations, process improvements, and expanded manufacturing capability.
