Job Summary
The Data Lakehouse Architect is a strategic position that requires a deep understanding of data architecture, engineering, and governance. This individual will work closely with leadership, architects, engineering teams, and functional stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize data architectures that enable impactful business insights and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
- Develop and maintain a future-proof data and analytic environment that is cost-efficient and supports business growth.
- Partner with architects, data engineers, and functional specialists to integrate disparate data sources into a unified Lakehouse architecture.
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Design and maintain scalable, performant data architectures within the enterprise Lakehouse to support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Ten plus (10 ) years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field, with at least five (5 ) years focused on modern data platforms (Lakehouses, data lakes, data warehouses).
- Three (3) years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience in business analytics, sales, category management, finance, supply chain, or marketing (preferred).
