This role leads the development and execution of account-specific strategies while ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.Remote with preference given to candidates in the Boston, MA area. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Account Management : Develop and execute comprehensive annual business plans aligned with both Church & Dwight and BJ's strategic objectivesDrive P&L performance through effective management of sales, trade spending, and profit goalsLead financial management including Siebel forecasting, trade investment optimization, deduction management, and SG&A oversightAnalyze syndicated data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize category performanceCustomer Partnership : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key BJ's stakeholders across merchandising, operations, planning, and retail media teamsLead joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews with BJ's leadershipNegotiate promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to drive mutual growthEnsure seamless execution of promotional activities and retail programsCross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Strategy, RGM, Analytics & Insights, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to drive integrated account strategiesPartner with demand planning to optimize inventory management and service levelsWork with retail media teams to develop and execute digital marketing initiativesProvide regular business updates and insights to senior managementRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required4-6 years of progressive sales experience in CPG industryDemonstrated track record of delivering growth in customer development roleStrong analytical capabilities with proficiency in : Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Syndicated data analysis, Trade promotion management systemsExperience presenting to and influencing senior retail executivesStrong negotiating, financial acumen, and P&L management skillsPreferred Qualifications : Prior experience in club channel salesUnderstanding of club channel dynamics and operationsExperience with category management principles and analytical analysisTravel : Travel = 25%#piq#LI-RemoteChurch & Dwight is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.For more information on our company, our brands and our culture visit us at http : / / www.churchdwight.com /
