About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager or Senior Associate Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Business Unit, you will assist in executing the brand's integrated marketing plan and contribute to achieving annual organic growth targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the execution of the brand's integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and communication plan.
- Working with the SBM and Licensing Director to support relationships with Licensors, develop partnerships with licensees, and report on business results.
- Leading operations in the launch of new products, product upgrades, and new packaging alongside a cross-functional team.
- Assisting in developing brand strategies to drive growth in a growing category.
- Co-leading day-to-day operational activities, including forecasting, monthly health of business reporting, and brand financial plans.
- Developing presentations internally and externally to customers across all classes of trade.
