The Senior Manager of Sales Operations Strategy will spearhead the Commercial forecasting process within our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable recommendations to inform business planning and decision-making. Acting as the primary Sales liaison to the Data Analytics Group and IT, this position focuses on business solution development, automation initiatives, and process / system enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical background, extensive experience in sales forecasting, and exceptional executive communication skills.
Work Environment :
- Hybrid Option : Available for candidates residing in New Jersey (NJ) and Pennsylvania (PA). This option requires working in our Ewing, NJ office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
- Remote Option : Available for candidates residing outside of New Jersey (NJ) and Pennsylvania (PA). Occasional travel to the Ewing, NJ office will be required for key meetings and events.
