We have an immediate opening for a Lawn Foreman on our professional landscape services team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage and direct an assigned crew in our all-electric lawn care division. Our company prides itself on delivering high-quality lawn care services to high-end residential and commercial properties. As a Lawn Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions. Lawn Foreman have the opportunity for year-round work with the addition of snow service and land management opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality lawn care services
- Execute mowing visits and projects according to the job plan and schedule
- Communicate effectively with clients while on site
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of your assigned crew
- Ensure all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate various tools and equipment, including mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.
- Conduct on-site orientations and weekly jobsite safety toolbox meetings
- Complete and submit all required paperwork on a weekly basis
Qualifications
- Equivalent work experience in a similar role
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work with deadlines and schedules
- Time management skills
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to operate mobile/web applications for time tracking and project management
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
Compensation
The wage range for this position is $25-$28/hr.
