We are seeking an Early Childhood Director to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote spiritual and creative growth.
- Create a fun and safe learning environment.
- Prepare curriculum for each age group, using a subscription curriculum.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the children and parents.
- Maintain Volunteer schedules and train new volunteers.
- Maintain new family engagement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields.
- Passionate about working with children.
- Ability to build rapport with children.
- Positive and patient demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mature Christian.
