JCommunications Coordinator for All Saints, Blessed Sacrament, and Mater Christi parishes
The Communications Coordinator is a 30 hour/week including occasional evening and weekend hours to cover events. Salary $30,000 - 35,000
The coordinator is the liaison among the three parish communities for scheduling and coordinating events. This is accomplished by overseeing the parish calendars and maintaining one coordinated calendar.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage the social media presence for each parish (webpages, Facebook, lnstagram, etc.)
- Take photos and videotape events and post on appropriate media.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases.
- Archive activity information for future reference.
- Create weekly bulletin for each parish.
- Develop newsletters and mailings for the parishes.
- Maintain the outgoing messages for voicemail recordings.
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic graphic design elements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to detail with design and language.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-starter and team player.
- Understanding of the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
Qualifications:
- Documented work experience or college level courses in graphic design and communications.
- Experience in designing websites and printed communications preferred.
Reports to the Pastor or his delegate.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
