Role Summary
As the Technical Director, you will oversee all live technical systems and teams at Church of the City New York. This person should have strong communication and organization skills, thorough experience in video, audio, lighting, ProPresenter, service producing as well as volunteer development both technically and spiritually.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Production
- Responsible for all live production (Audio, Visual, Lighting, Stage Design when applicable) for Sunday Gatherings and other large events (e.g. Worship nights, All Serve Team nights, etc.)
- Responsible for livestream and managing all components of the livestream for services and events
- Responsible for leading, developing, and directing a volunteer team of production volunteers for Sundays and other COTC events (e.g. Worship nights, All Serve Team nights, etc.)
Full production team for all Sunday services :
Media
Expectation : Slides are reviewed and tested prior to the live service.
Audio
Expectation : Professionally trained audio engineers are scheduled for all Sunday services.
Requirements
A Christian in submission to the authority of the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit, as evident in lifestyle. Subscribes to and is in full agreement with the Church of the City’s Statement of Faith.
