Help people connect with God, grow in community, discover their purpose, and make a difference. As a Worship Coordinator, represent COTK's culture by pursuing Jesus, upholding team values, staying positive, and being teachable.
Responsibilities
1. Lead, Recruit & Develop: Develop worship leaders, Dream Team members, and COTK College students. Collaborate with campus teams and disciple congregants. Enhance technical aspects of services. Care for staffed worship personnel.
2. Worship Leading: Lead dynamic worship experiences. Develop worship sets and coordinate arrangements. Partner with production personnel. Plan and execute rehearsals.
3. Collaborate with Ministries: Align worship services with campus vision and goals. Enhance next-gen worship (COTK Youth, Young Adults, Kids). Support Next Steps, Small Groups, and Prayer Team.
4. Work with Central Worship Team: Support initiatives to improve church worship teams.
Expectations
Strong vocal/musical abilities. Excellent collaboration and communication. Project management experience. Understanding of worship theology and trends. Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and Asana. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
