What are the responsibilities and job description for the Little Creek Campus Dream Team Coordinator position at Church of the King?
The Dream Team Coordinator’s role is to care for, inspire, empower, grow, and develop the Dream Team (DT) at their campus by:
Building trusted relationships
Giving intentional encouragement, coaching, and equipping
Providing consistent vision and strategy
Responsibilities Include:
Prioritize personal spiritual health through consistent prayer and Bible engagement, regular weekend service attendance, small group participation, and maintaining pastoral relationships for godly counsel.
Connect regularly with the Central Support DT Coordinator and Campus Pastor.
Develop trusted relationships with each DT Coach to care for them personally and lead them practically.
Communicate effectively with DT Coaches and equip them to do the same for their Team Leaders.
Empower the DT to invite new people to complete Next Steps and begin serving.
Partner with DT Coaches to identify and develop emerging Team Leaders and Coaches while onboarding, training, and coaching new team members.
Coordinate Step 3 follow-up and new team member assimilation with DT Coaches.
Focus on relationships by connecting with, thanking, and encouraging DT Coaches, Team Leaders, and members during weekly services and events.
Assess team culture, procedures, and engagement to ensure an excellent guest experience and alignment with COTK culture.
Maintain tracking processes for:
Step 3 attendance
DT badges
Team rosters
Quarterly totals and growth goals
DT supplies inventory
