Description
JOB TITLE
- Production Systems Technician I
MUST DO
- Provide production support for Willie George Ministries through preventative maintenance and event operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide production support for weekend services and events across WGM.
- Support WGM with preventative maintenance and integration of audio, video, lighting, and stagecraft.
- Run events as needed.
- Assist with other production duties at all locations as assigned by the Systems Manager or Production Director.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of production experience
- Ability to communicate clearly & quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with all aspects of production
- Desire to learn and continually improve existing systems and implement new systems
- Basic understanding of technology, including Apple, Windows, Adobe, Ross Video, Blackmagic, audio consoles
- Able to see the big picture and pivot quickly
- Be physically able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs., and stand for long periods
- The ability to see details at a distance and at close range, within a few feet of the observer
- The ability to detect or tell the difference between sounds that vary in pitch and volume
- The ability to focus on a single source of sound in the presence of other distracting sounds
- A heart to lead and grow people spiritually and technologically
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week, weekends required
