What are the responsibilities and job description for the Worship & Youth Director position at Church On The Rock?
Church on the Rock (COTR) is looking for a Worship and Youth Pastor (WYP) to lead worship and youth activities. You'll handle music selection, coordinate productions, and develop our worship team, ensuring our contemporary worship services are energetic and meaningful.
You'll also be at the forefront of our youth ministry, creating programs and events that resonate with middle and high school students. From regular gatherings to special events, you'll help young people grow in their faith and find a sense of belonging. Plus, you'll work with local schools and organizations to extend our reach in the community.
In addition to worship and youth programs, you'll manage the technical side of our services, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
This role reports directly to the Talkeetna Campus Pastor and involves leading meetings and providing updates on key performance indicators.
Salary : $45,000
