The Youth Pastor/Director will grow and inspire adult volunteers and students to become leaders in their church and their community, as well as oversee weekly youth worship experiences.

The CU Youth ministry is dedicated to leading 6th-12th grade students to become fully devoted followers of Christ. By teaching truth through Gods Word and being culturally relevant, staff and volunteer leaders develop relationships with students during weekly experiences, small groups, and serving opportunities.

We are currently looking for a talented Youth Pastor/Director to grow with us. If you naturally connect with adult leaders and students and youre passionate about leading well, casting vision, and keeping the culture among your sphere of influence, check out what it will take to lead others to Christ as a CU Youth Pastor/Director:

Who you are:

o Knowledgeable in youth ministries with at least two years of experience

o Experienced in developing/motivating adults and students to become leaders

o Willing to relocate to a new campus location if necessary

o Awesome at communicating and relating to staff, students, and their parents

What you'll do:

o Create a relational youth ministry team

o Recognize, train, and inspire adult volunteers and youth leaders

o Oversee weekly youth worship experiences that include many technical components and a live

band

o Be a team player who collaborates with all ministries

For bonus points:

o You're highly competitive (jedi master at color rush & dodgeball skills are a must)

o You can name the current top five most popular songs, movies, and tv shows

o You have a proven track record in growing teams and inspiring them to action to achieve a

common goal
