Churchill Consulting Engineers is seeking an Proposal / Marketing Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support at our corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented in addition to having excellent oral and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle confidential information in professional matter
- Working with and reporting directly to the Proposal / Administrative Manager
- Working with Project Managers and Engineers
- Assisting with preparing technical and cost proposals in pursuing RFPs / EOIs / RFQs solicited by State and Local governments / agencies.
- Preparing staff resumes, project profiles, proposal forms, spreadsheets, and graphics.
- Various administrative tasks
