SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading the development of enterprise-wide category strategies and standardization across the FF&E, OS&E, and Hospitality categories through cohesive collaboration and communication. This role blends creativity and strategic leadership with financial and operational acumen.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in multi-location FF&E and OS&E spend management.
- Prior experience with purchasing systems and procure to pay processes required.
- Significant competency in developing and analyzing reports using business intelligence tools required.
- Detail oriented, professional demeanor, strong organization, time management, and project management skills required.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to cultivate working relationships throughout the organization.
- Significant proficiency with Microsoft suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.) required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides business and technical guidance.
- Support the organization’s sourcing and purchasing efforts in the areas of FF&E and OS&E, new hotel developments, renovations, and assist in the development of Corporate Standards for all amenity and housekeeping items. This position is the bridge between Corporate Sourcing, Construction, and Project procurement.
- Support the request for reporting needs and access, based on business needs.
- Build and maintain various dashboards in Ariba and distribute accordingly.
- Facilitate end user training and education.
- Manage supplier catalogs and guided buying within SAP Ariba.
- Manage and support Ariba Intelligent Spend Business Network (ISBN).
- Manage creation and execution of Supplier templates and projects.
