The Gaming Operations Analyst supports business process improvement resulting in increased profitability, efficiency and customer loyalty. This person generates marketing analytics to support decision making at properties and at the corporate level to improve operational and marketing efficiency, resulting in higher profit and margin. The ideal candidate should have outstanding organizational and analytical skills, the ability to effectively communicate and summarize results, and have a working knowledge of casino marketing.

Some of what you'll do in this role:
- Develop reporting and prepare complex analysis that will improve marketing efficiency, driving improved profitability, loyalty and engagement
- Prepare reports and analyze data including though not limited to:
- Player database performance
- Marketing reinvestment performance (free play, fixed marketing and overall marketing effectiveness)
- Direct mail post performance analysis and event analysis
- Direct mail offer P&L’s
- Develop standard benchmark metrics and tracking mechanisms for marketing to facilitate decision making and planning
- Provide concise written summaries and presentations outlining results, performance and recommendations
- Support the facilitation of best practices sharing and implementation across the enterprise
- Partner with cross functional teams across the enterprise at the property and corporate level to improve property performance (corporate business intelligence, corporate analytics team, corporate operations and marketing, property operations / leadership teams)
- Communicate regularly with corporate and property teams to discuss all aspects of marketing performance
What you need for this role:
- Ability to effectively gather, analyze and summarize data in a concise format to help management make informed decisions
- Ability to maintain strong interpersonal working relationships across multiple areas, including corporate staff, property consumers and business intelligence
- Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results and solve complex problems
- Oral and written communication skills
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance or related discipline such as Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics utilizing business intelligence/reporting tools to manage data and reports
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license for each of the CDI HRM and/or casino gaming jurisdictions where we operate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word is required
