JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for responding to service requests to the MIS help extension by utilizing knowledge and problem solving skills or to recommend proper MIS personnel for response.
- Maintains supported systems as required. Includes running backups, editing system data, running reports, troubleshooting.
- Responsible to assist with necessary changes to telephone system hardware and cabling.
- Sets up new accounts with the telephone system.
- Performs LAN maintenance as directed by the corporate Systems group as necessary.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- One (1) to two (2) years computer operations with hardware and software knowledge as a user and technician.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in LAN and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees. #oceandowns
