The Senior Director of Slot/HRM Optimization is responsible for maximizing the gaming revenue contribution from our Slot/HRM machines across the enterprise. Will take an analytical approach to optimizing the return on game capital invested. Reports to the Vice President of Analytics. Senior Director of Slot/HRM Optimization will lead the overall Strategy, Deployment and Yielding of all Slot/HRM games across the CDI brick & mortar portfolio.
*This position is onsite in the Louisville Corporate office and requires 3-5 years of experience with both Slot & HRM gaming systems.

Some of what you'll do in this role:
- Support the Vice President of Analytics and the Vice Presidents of Gaming Operations by creating analysis to steer the strategic deployment of game capital across existing and new facilities
- Develop benchmarks and reporting to evaluate the revenue contribution from Slot/HRM assets and identify opportunities for improvement
- Yield the Slot/HRM floors at legacy properties, acquired properties, and new builds; identify manufacturers/themes that over/under perform and manage them accordingly
- Maintain in-depth understanding of the multiple HRM operating platforms
- Review game market share reports monthly to identify trends in relevant markets and make recommendations to increase share
- Support corporate business development efforts by taking an analytical approach to optimizing the amount of capital spend and resource movement around the portfolio to achieve best results
- Develop the plan for the movement of machines between CDI properties, work with the property operators to manage the corresponding timing and logistics
- Work with Analytics team to build tools for General Managers and Slot/HRM Directors in the field to support their day-to-day efforts to maximize gaming revenue
- Build game performance tools to support General Managers and Slot/HRM Directors audit their floors to ensure compliance and proactively identify anomalies
- Stay abreast of the latest new trends, products, markets or methods that would facilitate the growth and success of CDI’s gaming operations; identify opportunities to create differentiation within the market
- Provide recommendations and supporting analytics for new capital investments as well as requests to redeploy games at other properties within CDI
- Travel to Properties and Job sites, when needed
- Conduct Yield Management of the companies Slot and HRM assets
- Assist the Vice President of Analytics in all essential duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate
What you need for this role:
- 3-5 years of experience with both Slot & HRM gaming systems
- Experience using BI tools to conduct advanced game analytics
- Advanced Excel and database skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license in all states required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
