Key Responsibilities :
Electrical Maintenance and Repair :
- Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of lighting issues, including resetting breakers, resolving circuit problems, and checking emergency and exit lighting.
- Spring lamp-up before Opening Week, retrofit lighting fixtures to LED to improve energy efficiency where possible.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on electrical systems supporting heating and cooling to ensure continuous operation and safety.
