What started as a small retirement community in 1978 has grown to encompass Assisted Living and Memory Care services, all while maintaining a warm and family-oriented atmosphere. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
• Support residents’ independence while meeting their daily needs, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and other personal care tasks.
• Maintain a safe, home-like environment by assisting with various activities like socializing, cleaning, arts and crafts, and more.
• Foster relationships and promote a sense of community and well-being for all residents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• You are at least 18 years old and able to manage time effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required (we provide training if needed).
• You are reliable, approachable, and comfortable interacting with residents, visitors, and staff in a tactful and professional manner.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and more on occasion.
• Attention to detail and a caring, patient demeanor are essential.

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening upon hire.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience, plus $0.50 NOC differential.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Paid time off and holiday pay.
• Paid on-site training to help you grow in your career.

Shifts Available:

• Day shift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
• Swing shift: 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm
• NOC shift: 10:30 pm – 6:30 am

Location: In-person at Churchill Estates.
