What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance for Apartment Community position at Churchill Forge Properties?
The preferred candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in multi family.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Snow removal
· Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner
· Pick up trash if seen on grounds
· Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
· Trouble shooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
· Painting
· Electrical
· Plumbing
· Minor carpentry
· Other building maintenance items as needed
· Appliance repair/replacement
· Vacant turnovers-painting, caulking, minor repairs, cleaning
Emergency on call required. Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
