Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in light commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Concrete Division Manager to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and scope.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and industry standards.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays.
- Oversee budget management, cost tracking and expense monitoring.
- Ensure quality control and conduct inspections to meet industry standards.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Assist estimating team with bids for new projects.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in concrete construction project management.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
Education and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
