What are the responsibilities and job description for the Processing Analyst position at Churchill Real Estate?
As part of the Operations team, the Processing Analyst is responsible for managing the overall loan process from application to clear to close. They order and review loan documents for completeness and accuracy as well maintaining quality data, internally. Being a Loan Processor involves extensive interaction with clients, other product partners, third party vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and review residential investment property loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy and ensuring documents comply with internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with various third party vendors to order and obtain applicable documents and complete a thorough review for accuracy and compliance with lending standards (appraisal, title, flood, etc.).
- Manage a pipeline and maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on loan status and request any additional information or documentation required.
- Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to ensure timely closings.
- Submit loans to Underwriting and address any issues or discrepancies that arise.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
