We are Churchills Pools, and we are on a mission to become Florida’s #1 Commercial Pool Cleaning & Repair Company. We don’t do excuses. We don’t do half-measures. We do the job right, every single time. We are professional, reliable, accountable, and knowledgeable. Our team is an elite unit, and we need a Director of Business Development to get out there and bring in commercial pool accounts.

What’s the Mission?

We need commercial pools—hotels, apartment complexes, gyms, resorts—and we need them fast. The demand is there, and we have the tools, the expertise, and the reputation to deliver. Your job is to hunt down and secure contracts.

How You’ll Find Them:

• Identify properties with pools that need better service.
• Get in the door, make the pitch, and close the deal.
• Leverage our reputation for reliability, expertise, and transparency to win business.

What Support Will You Have?

• ✅ A Starting Lead List – We’ll provide an initial list of potential targets so you aren’t starting from scratch.
• ✅ Sales Training & Industry Knowledge – You’ll be trained on commercial pool regulations, violations, and service needs so you can pitch with confidence.
• ✅ Marketing & Branding Support – You’ll have brochures, a website, testimonials, and case studies to help sell.
• ✅ Real-Time Pricing Guidance – You’ll get a clear pricing structure so you know exactly how to quote pools without guessing.
• ✅ Team Backing – You’ll work with two veteran expert pool techs who bleed Churchills—guys who would do anything for this company. You’ll hear it straight from them—no BS.

What’s the Pay?

Commission-Based – No Limits Salary

• You receive a $1,000/month base
• You get $350 for every commercial pool you close
• Sign 10 pools? That’s $3,500 in commission your $1,000 base = $4,500.
• Sign 20 pools? You’re making $8K .
• No cap – the more you close, the more you earn.

How Quickly Can You Earn?

• Most new hires close their first deal within the first month.
• Our top closers bring in 5-10 pools per month—that’s $2,500-$5,000 in commissions PLUS your base.
• If you’re a hunter, you can clear six figures in your first year.

As we grow, we’ll renegotiate your compensation. We're serious about investing in our people. We want to pay you more. But we have to scale first.

Who Are We Looking For?

✅ A Sales Closer – You get in, you make your case, and you get the contract signed.
✅ A Problem-Solver – Pool owners need solutions, not more problems. You guide them through the process.
✅ A Pool Industry Expert (or Someone Willing to Learn Fast) – You must understand commercial pool regulations and explain violations and solutions clearly.
✅ A No-Excuses Mentality – If you’re looking for easy money, this ain’t it. You need grit.
✅ A Self-Starter – You’ll have leads, but you’ll also need to hunt for more.
