We service commercial pools at hotels, apartment complexes, and resorts across greater Orlando. Our job is to make sure every pool is safe, pristine, and chemically perfect—because people deserve that when they swim.

Your Role on the Team: Pool Technician

Even if you have 20 years of experience—we need you to fulfill a critical role in our foundation. We know exactly what we need to expand profitably and sustainably, and we know what kind of person that next hire needs to be.

In your first 90 days, your mission will be to master the core:

• Chemical testing and balancing
• Skimming, vacuuming, and tile scrubbing
• Photographing and documenting every job with absolute accuracy

This is not busywork. This is a pillar position. You will be the engine of our operation, keeping pools perfect while allowing the rest of the team to drive forward.

As you prove yourself—through discipline, accountability, and consistency—you will be trusted with higher-value tasks, given opportunities to lead, and eventually help train and elevate the next person who joins after you.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Florida’s weather
• CPO certified
• Must live in or commute daily to the Orlando area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
