Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to optimize flow and service.

Pay starts at $16.5 per hour with a tipshare of the credit card pool, details will be described during the interview.

Weekends and holidays are required.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately.
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the Open Table platform is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
