Job Description:
The HR Specialist will be primarily responsible for Recruitment and managing the Drug and Alcohol Program, while performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the HR Generalist and management in supporting designated geographic regions. ***Hybrid role mandatory 3-Days in office***

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing candidates for CI² Aviation and Airport authorities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job postings as needed.

Drug and Alcohol Program:

- Administer drug and alcohol program (Random, Pre-employment, Reasonable Suspicion, and Post-Accident)
- MIS Annual Reporting
- Drug and Alcohol audits

HR Administration: Assist with HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- 2 years of Managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- 1-2 years of experience managing a Drug and Alcohol Program preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
