Responsibilities, Requirements And Qualifications
- 8 years of professional experience
- Licensed professional required
- Actively participate in conceptual project design
- Provide comprehensive support throughout project lifecycles
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specialized architectural systems
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants
- Develop and lead project technical viewpoints
- Coordinate with project-in-charge on solutions and strategies
- Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino etc.)
- Demonstrate leadership in architectural design
- Excellent in communication and collaboration
- Oversee technical aspects of major projects
- Investigate and recommend client-focused design solutions
- Ensure high-quality outcomes in design and planning
