What you'll do as a Discipline Lead:
You'll be responsible for identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and championing therapy quality, recommending therapy offerings, programming and initiatives that will deliver growth and transformation for CI within their discipline. The OT Discipline Lead is also responsible for the oversight of safety practices, quality outcomes, and outstanding patient experience for their assigned discipline while ensuring national care standards and evidence-based practices.
