We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Senior Manual and Automation Tester to join our team. This project involves testing web applications, ensuring that our systems are robust, efficient, and provide an excellent user experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the complete testing cycle, from creating test plans to executing and monitoring results. Conduct acceptance testing focusing on user experience, including functional, usability, and exploratory tests.
Execute regression and integration tests to ensure system consistency and stability.
Test APIs using tools like Postman.
Document and track bugs using management tools like Jira and Xray.
Collaborate with automation teams in defining priority scenarios for automation.
Technical Requirements:
Solid knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and the testing pyramid.
Established experience in test management and creating test plans.
Experience with management tools like Jira and Xray.
Knowledge of API testing using Postman.
Basic understanding of test automation and the ability to collaborate with automation teams.
Soft Skills:
Mentorship and leadership capabilities, guiding and supporting colleagues and teams.
Effective communication, both in interactions with clients and teams as well as in technical documentation.
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills for evaluating requirements and results.
Teamwork skills, promoting collaboration and alignment among teams.

Ability to work autonomously.
