Hi, this is Mateo from CI&T! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Senior UI Designer to work in a project in the Digital Media Sector.

We are on the hunt for a creative and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team in delivering top-notch digital solutions for a major US client. This role involves working on complex systems that require innovative design solutions to handle high-density information screens. You will be part of an end-to-end engagement, from inception to evolution, ensuring that our designs meet the current trends and user needs. Your ability to bring new ideas and maintain a consistent visual design across various client systems will be key. Fluency in English is essential as you will interact daily with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

•Design and develop user interfaces for high-density information systems.

•Lead all visual design stages from initial concept to final handoff to development.

•Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes with a user-centric approach.

•Maintain and enhance a standardized design system across client products.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA testers.

•Stay informed about the latest design trends to enhance existing systems.

•Engage directly with client leadership to align on design solutions and strategies.

Requirements for this challenge:

•Experience with creating interfaces for high-density/complex systems.

•Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD with experience in Flow integrations.

•Global thinking for visual standardization across systems.

•Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
