At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Jr/Mid Level SDET to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview
As a Jr/Mid Level SDET, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of our software solutions through advanced test automation and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with our customers to ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. At CI&T, we are committed to fostering innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and test frameworks to validate software applications across multiple platforms.
•Collaborate with software developers and product managers to create comprehensive test plans.
•Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze test results, and report any defects or issues.
•Enhance existing testing methodologies and integrate new technologies to improve quality assurance processes.
•Document automated processes, test results, and testing methodologies.
•Work closely with the development team to replicate bugs, validate fixes, and ensure smooth resolutions.
•Stay current with testing tools, trends, and best practices to continually improve team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
-Must-have Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Experience in test automation with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
•Proficiency in automation testing tools like Playwrite, Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
•Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
•Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
•Understanding of Agile methodologies and regression testing.
•Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or above), both written and spoken.
•Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

•Salesforce testing experience is a plus.
