We are seeking a skilled Mid-level/Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team, to work alongside CI&T to assist clients looking to transform their business through the Salesforce platform, using technology as an enabler to provide greater business flexibility and improved customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email, SMS, and push notification marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, message personalization, and scheduling of sends;
- Utilize automation to manage workflows, create and execute campaigns, and evaluate and optimize results;
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns;
- Identify and assess new digital marketing opportunities and emerging technologies;
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-quality and impactful experiences;
- Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different elements of marketing campaigns;
- Effectively manage email lists and segment target audiences.
Required Skills:
- Creation of automations and data file manipulations for data integration;
- Knowledge in Email, Mobile, and Automation studios;
- Knowledge in Journey, Content, and Audience Builder;
- Knowledge in SQL and data structures (data extensions and lists) for clustering and segmentation;
- Agile processes: scrum or other;
- Review of queries and support in creating automations;
- Assistance in manual sends;
- Support in journey configurations;
- Assistance with technical topics of the tool, such as configuration and implementation of Push, adjustments in configuration files;
- Resolution of specific issues that may arise within the tool;
- Performance improvements, including cleaning up old automations and suggesting optimizations for the tool;
- Direct contact with Salesforce support.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud implementation;
- Certification as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant;
- JavaScript knowledge.
