Job Description
As a Manager, Technical Lighting Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support for product development, application, and installation processes. You will also supervise the day-to-day operations of the Lighting Solutions team, including direct management, training, and mentoring of team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and engineering of lighting solutions for diverse commercial and architectural projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lighting designs meet both aesthetic and technical requirements
- Stay updated with emerging lighting technologies, industry trends, and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in lighting solutions by analyzing project feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Lighting, or Architecture
- 5 years' relevant lighting work experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience managing technical teams and working closely with cross-functional departments
- Proficient with AGi32, AutoCAD, Revit, and other related tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
