Position : Janitor

Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

We offer a competitive salary plus benefits! Medical,401K, PTO & Holidays.

Pay : $18 - $20 / hour

Responsibilities : What Youll Do :

• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep our facilities free of dirt and rust by vacuuming floors, walls, window sills, and more.
• Waste Management : Regularly empty garbage bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
• Floor Care : Use cleaning solutions, mops, auto scrubbers, and buffing machines to ensure our floors shine. Apply wax as needed.
• Breakroom & Bathroom Upkeep : Clean and mop floors, tables, sinks, drinking fountains, and fixtures.
• Window Washing : Ensure all windows are sparkling clean.
• Equipment Care : Keep cleaning equipment in top condition, neat, and free of rust.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of tasks completed on Preventative Maintenance forms.
• Additional Duties : Take on other tasks as deemed necessary by management.
