Shipping/Receiving Clerk must be able to perform at an entry level to pick, pack, and re-label product for shipping purposes. Assists in shipping the product out the door to our customers. Inventory is physically moved and recorded to maintain accurate records.
Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and re-label: Re-label and re-package orders per pick list
- Understand CMS / ERP operations, written procedures, and screens required to perform duties
- Transfer parts to internal teams as required
- Unload and load trucks as needed
- Assist with cycle counts
- Assist with physical inventory as required
- Perform material handling tasks
- Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary
- Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair-Rite is certified
- Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety Health Policy
Qualifications
Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 – 3 months on the job training and or experience related to Shipping and Receiving
Preferred Education / Experience Requirements:
- Vocational / Technical Education or Technical Training Certificate
- 3 months on the job training and or experience in Shipping and Receiving
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Requires attention to detail, accuracy is a must
- Ability to operate CMS/ERP system effectively
- Ability to use stairway ladder
- Ability to operate forklift
- Ability to operate R.F. (radio frequency) gun
- Ability to learn and use new computer programs
