What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist position at Cibao Meat Products?
Basic Function
Responsible for providing assistance to the Sales Team to ensure Customers are satisfied with the Sales Department’s performance. Point of contact in assisting the Sales Team in obtaining and keeping Customers, which includes performing Administrative and Clerical tasks. Other duties may include responding to Customer questions, making sure orders are processed on time between Global Order and the Shipping Department as well as providing support for sales meetings and appointments.
Major Responsibilities
- Prioritize the Sales Team needs & calls to assist the Salesperson and Customer
- Generate and produce Sales Reports as requested
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for Sales
- Handling all administrative duties for the Sales Department & Team
- Providing assistance to the Sales Team and Management
- Follow-up on AR Issues related to Sales Rep Customers
- Create and manage scheduling for the Merchandising Team
- Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
- Perform other duties as required
Job Qualifications
Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong organization skills
- Time Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and proficient with Excel, Word and other programs
Experience:
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Sales experience a plus
Education:
- High School degree, GED or equivalent related business experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
