Job Description : Senior Business Analyst (Finance, Insurance, and Corporate Retirement Solutions)
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and specialized Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in Finance, Insurance, and Corporate Retirement solutions.The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and ensure the successful development and enhancement of the Client's platform.
Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed specifications for the development and enhancements.
- Act as an intermediary between different stakeholders, ensuring their concerns are addressed and project objectives are met.
- Maintain clear and concise communication of project requirements and updates.
- Requirements Analysis and Documentation
- Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive requirement documents.
- Document business processes and requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gain agreement on requirements and resolve any contentious issues.
