Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business requirements for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.
- Assist in design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire systems.
- Facilitate workshops and create documentation, including use cases and user stories.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training.
