Job Description
As a woodworker with Cibes|Symmetry, you will be responsible for setting up and operating powered or manual woodworking machines. You will also examine raw wood stock for defects and ensure conformity to size and specification standards.
Your duties will include examining finished work pieces for smoothness, shape, angle, depth-of-cut, or conformity to specifications and verifying dimensions using hands, rules, calipers, templates, or gauges.
You will also be responsible for changing alignment and adjustment of sanding, cutting, or boring machine guides to prevent defects in finished products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, or assembly.
