Key Responsibilities:
As a Bank Teller, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by accurately processing transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash, deposits, and withdrawals while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Promoting Bank Services: Recognize opportunities to refer customers to additional bank services such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and more.

Assisting Customers: Bank Tellers address inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers with their accounts, ensuring a positive banking experience.

Contributing to Sales Goals: Participate in sales campaigns and educate customers on the benefits of various bank products and services.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

While no prior banking experience is necessary, we prefer candidates with 1 years of experience in customer service or related fields. Experience in cash handling, or upselling is a plus.

Our Bank Tellers work in a professional office setting and will be required to use common office equipment like computers, phones, and security systems.
