About The Role
We are seeking a Virginia-based, skilled Electrician to support and perform electrical installations in a temporary-to-hire role. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a Field Manager role within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leads, electricians, and apprentices on electrical installations at commercial, residential, and industrial sites.
Install electrical systems, appliances, fixtures, and components in compliance with NEC, California, and local codes.
Work on various assignments, adapting to different team members and schedules with a positive attitude.
Install conduit (½ to 4) using benders and other tools, and trench for underground wiring.
Perform wire fishing in walls, basements, crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging environments.
Configure and install EV charging equipment, including network setup, OS updates, and load-sharing features.
Use power tools to drill, screw, and attach electrical installations.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs., working in confined spaces, on ladders, and using lifts and rigging equipment.
Work outdoors as needed, including in inclement weather when safe.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
Assist with material runs, site clean-ups, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Host electrical inspections and coordinate with inspectors.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and manual dexterity.
Utilize electrical testing tools, basic computer skills, and mobile technology to complete tasks.
Requirements

2 years of electrical experience, preferably at the Foreman level, with crew oversight experience.
Possession of an ET Card/Registration.
Basic hand tools and safety gear.
Elementary English proficiency; bilingual skills are a plus.
