Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior ERP Resource Analyst at Cibo Vita in Totowa, NJ. Enhancing our manufacturing processes through precise batch size calculations and effective routing strategies. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as utilizing analytical skills for resource management, supporting finance functions, and assisting with budgeting activities within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate optimal batch sizes for manufacturing based on demand forecasts and production capacity
- Manage and optimize end-to-end processes in PTO ( Procedure -to- pay-),OTC (Order-to-Cash),and RTR ( Record-to-report) within the ERP system.
- Collaborate within manufacturing teams to develop and improve routing instructions for various products.
- Support configuration and maintenance of ERP systems related to bath management and routing.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in batch and routing functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and best practices across all processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in ERP role within the consumer-packaged-goods (CPG) industry; internship experience will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of batch size calculations and routing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems ( e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft dynamics) and their application in manufacturing processes ( OTC,PTP, and RTR )
- Analytical Skills and Resource Management.
