As a Stainless Steel Welder, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and performing metal work on stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, and profiles. Your expertise will contribute to the production and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment. This role requires proficiency in TIG welding, MIG welding, and Electric Arc Welding. You will also be involved in cutting, bending, and polishing metal parts to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG, MIG, and Electric Arc Welding on stainless steel materials.
- Weld and fabricate stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, and profiles for machinery and equipment.
- Conduct cutting, bending, and polishing of metal parts according to engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding and metalwork-related issues.
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in TIG, MIG, and Electric Arc Welding.
- Strong background in welding stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, and profiles.
- Solid experience with metalworking processes, including cutting, bending, and polishing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- In-depth knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility or similar industrial environment is a plus.
