Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Pricing Coordinator based in Totowa, NJ at Cibo Vita. The Pricing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day pricing activities, analyzing market trends, communicating pricing strategies, assisting with customer service related to pricing, and providing training on pricing procedures.
Core Responsibilities of a Pricing Coordinator
1. Price Management
- Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure accurate and current pricing information.
- Implement approved pricing changes across systems and communication channels.
- Ensure all price lists and promotions align with company policies and strategies.
2. Data Analysis
- Analyze pricing data, sales trends, and market conditions to provide insights for decision-making.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities or risks.
- Generate pricing reports and metrics for management review.
3. Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing with campaigns and customer segments.
- Communicate price changes to relevant stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support the finance team in setting budgets and forecasting revenue based on pricing strategies.
4. Discount and Promotion Oversight
- Coordinate and implement discounts, promotions, and special pricing agreements.
- Track the effectiveness of promotions and make recommendations for improvements.
5. Compliance and Accuracy
- Ensure all pricing aligns with legal regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
